Executive Assistant to the CEO

Under general direction, provides comprehensive executive administrative support to the President/CEO and coordinates a variety of complex, confidential, administrative support activities on behalf of the office of the CEO. Responsibilities include managing executive schedules and travel, coordinating Board of Directors meetings and activities, preparing communications and meeting materials, supporting special projects, and ensuring timely follow-through on administrative and organizational priorities.
