Hotels

Attendees should book accommodations directly with the hotels. Please note that TAC has not authorized any third-party housing or booking agencies to make reservations on behalf of conference attendees.

We are pleased to continue our partnerships with TAC lodging providers and secure discounted rates for conference attendees. To maintain these negotiated rates and uphold our commitment to the responsible stewardship of industry resources, participating hotels will require a 100% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Please be aware that: 
  • Full payment is required when the reservation is made.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued for canceled reservations, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
  • Attendees are responsible for making, modifying, and canceling their own hotel reservations directly with the hotel.

Participants are required to manage their own hotel reservations. A maximum of 3 rooms can be booked in one person's name.

HOTEL SCAM - UNAUTHORIZED HOUSING PROVIDERS

Please be aware of fraudulent agencies actively contacting industry members offering to secure hotel rooms at potentially reduced rates for The Almond Conference (TAC). As in the past, TAC does not partner with any hotel booking agencies. These are unauthorized SCAMS and NOT AFFILIATED in any way with TAC. Always book directly with the hotels posted on the conference website. Should you receive one of these emails, text messages, telephone call or prompts, please forward the communication to Jennifer Beucler, Housing Manager for TAC.
