Please contact the hotels directly to book your accommodations. As always, TAC has NOT authorized any outside booking agency to assist our attendees with housing for the conference.

Hotel Deposit Policy:

We are fortunate to continue the relationship with our lodging partners for TAC 2025. To maintain the discounted room rates, and to protect our growers’ dollars by upholding our strong fiduciary responsibility, the contracted hotels will require a 100%, Non-Refundable deposit for all guest room reservations. No refunds will be given if the reservation is cancelled at any time after booking. 

Participants are responsible for managing their own hotel reservations.
