Please contact the hotels directly to book your accommodations. As always, The Almond Conference (TAC) has NOT authorized any outside booking agency to assist our attendees with housing for the conference.

Hotel room blocks for The Almond Conference (TAC) 2026 open on Wednesday, Sep. 9, at noon (PT). At that time, booking information and reservation details for each participating hotel will be available on this page.

Attendees should book accommodations directly with the hotels. Please note that TAC has not authorized any third-party housing or booking agencies to make reservations on behalf of conference attendees.

We are pleased to continue our partnerships with TAC lodging providers and secure discounted rates for conference attendees. To maintain these negotiated rates and uphold our commitment to the responsible stewardship of industry resources, participating hotels will require a 100% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Please be aware that:

Full payment is required when the reservation is made.
Deposits are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for canceled reservations, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
Attendees are responsible for making, modifying, and canceling their own hotel reservations directly with the hotel.

Participants are required to manage their own hotel reservations. A maximum of 3 rooms can be booked in one person's name.
