Almond & Coconut Cloud Smoothie

This gorgeous dairy-free smoothie is sure to catch the attention of customers. Almond butter adds to the creaminess of the coconut cream and avocado and boosts the protein content as well. Ingredients
Serves: 3
  • 6 tbsp coconut cream
  • 2 3/8 tsp blue spirulina
  • 3 tbsp smooth almond butter
  • 2 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled
  • 1/2 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
  • 3 cups frozen pineapple
Preparation
  1. In three tall 12-oz glasses, smear and swoosh 1 tbsp of coconut cream around each interior using the back of a spoon.
  2. Carefully sprinkle 1/8 tsp spirulina on top of the coconut cream in each glass.
  3. In a blender, combine the remaining 3 tbsp coconut cream, remaining 2 tsp spirulina, almond butter, almond milk, banana, avocado, and pineapple.
  4. Blend on high until thoroughly combined, about 1 minute.
  5. Divide the smoothie between the prepared glasses and serve immediately.
